Internal Medicine Opportunity – Outpatient in Northern Maine

Position Overview:
Join a small, critical access hospital as a BC/BE Internal Medicine Physician in a full-time outpatient position. Work alongside another IM physician in the outpatient clinic, with no nights or weekends required. The hospital serves a population of 20,000 and includes a 24-hour physician-covered ER and 28 skilled nursing/nursing home beds.

Schedule:

• 4-day workweek: Tuesday–Friday, 8 AM–4 PM.
• No nights, no weekends.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base Salary: $240,000 (negotiable) plus incentives and sign-on bonus.
• Malpractice Coverage: $1,000,000/$3,000,000.
• Loan repayment options available.
• 8 weeks of paid vacation and 2 weeks for CME.
• Sick time accrual of 96 hours annually.
