We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Medicine Physician to join our healthcare team in Clinton, IA. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive healthcare services for patients of all ages, from newborns to seniors, with a focus on preventive care, chronic disease management, and overall wellness. Key Responsibilities:
Provide primary care services for patients of all ages, including diagnosing and treating acute and chronic illnesses.
Conduct routine physical exams, screenings, and preventive care services.
Develop individualized care plans to manage both short-term and long-term health conditions, including diabetes, hypertension, and asthma.
Provide patient education on healthy lifestyle choices, disease prevention, and health maintenance.
Perform minor procedures and in-office diagnostics as needed, including vaccinations, wound care, and joint injections.
Collaborate with specialists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for patients.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using electronic health records (EHR) systems.
Participate in after-hours or on-call duties if required by the practice or clinic.
Stay informed about the latest medical advancements, treatments, and guidelines in family medicine.
Foster long-term relationships with patients and their families by offering continuous, quality care.
