Compensation – Submit your Requested Rate

Requirements –

• Board certified or Board eligible- IM or FM- required
• Michigan license in hand- required
• MI DEA- required
• Clean Malpractice/Background - Required

Schedule –

• 3 days per week- Prefer Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday but can be flexible

Duties

• 12-16 patients per day; Adult population only
• Ideal candidate will be able to offer 3 days per week consistently- prefer Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday but can be flexible
• NP starting 3/1, current support staff is 1:1 MA per physician
• Labs drawn in house
• No radiology in house
• 2 Procedure rooms in office- only minor procedures done in office
• Board Cert in IM or FM- will consider new grads that are Board eligible
