A North Carolina-based healthcare network is currently seeking a new Physician to join their team at one of their rehabilitation centers. In this role, the Physician will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical care to patients, ensuring high-quality clinical services, and supporting the overall health and well-being of the patient population.
About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 8am to 5pm
- Setting: Rehabilitation Center
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient examinations and develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions.
- Prescribe medications and therapies as needed.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests and lab results.
- Provide preventive care and health education to patients.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education.
- Adhere to all medical protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Perform other job-related duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
- Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or a related field.
- Valid medical license to practice in North Carolina.
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMRs).
- Strong clinical skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
