The Family Medicine Physician provides comprehensive healthcare services to individuals and families. This role involves diagnosing and treating a wide range of medical conditions, promoting preventive care, and maintaining long-term patient relationships. The physician will work collaboratively with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

• Conduct thorough physical examinations and patient assessments.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Develop and implement patient care plans and preventive health strategies.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and procedures.
• Provide patient education on health maintenance and disease prevention.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare providers as necessary.
• Participate in continuing education and professional development activities.

Qualifications:

• Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) or Board Certified in Internal Medicine (for 2024 start) or Family Medicine (for 2025 start) - REQUIRED
• MI license (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
