OPEN POSITION:

SCHEDULE:
- Part-Time or Full-Time
- 12 Hours per Week Minimum
- 8-Hour and 4-Hour Shifts Available
- Monday through Friday
- No On-Call
- Exact Hours Negotiable


FULL-TIME COMPENSATION:
- $190,000 to $220,000 Annual Income
- Base Salary + Productivity-Based Bonus Structure

COMPANY PROFILE:
This private practice opened in 2013 and currently employs an interdisciplinary team of physicians, behavioral health professionals and nutrition professionals, along with a robust support staff, operating out of offices in Germantown. The practice provides a full scope of internal medicine and geriatric primary care services in a variety of settings and locations.


POSITION DESCRIPTION:
This is a geriatric primary care role, taking care to patients in place. The practice sees patients in assisted living facilities (ALFs), private homes, and via telemedicine visits.

The new physician will be scheduled at one (1) building per day, with occasional nearby private home visits, ensuring little-to-no driving during the day.

The territory for the position includes Bethesda, Rockville, and Kensington.

Physicians see between 12 and 18 patients per day.

The clinical duties of the role include, but are not limited to:

- evaluation and management of geriatric patients
- chronic disease management
- annual check-ups
- minor illness / injury care

The practice uses the Office Ally EHR.


REQUIREMENTS:
- Maryland medical license
- DEA
- Board Certification or Eligibility, relevant field
- no experience required
