Salary and Benefits

• Base Salary: $270,000 plus bonus potential, with the opportunity to earn over $300,000 annually

• Call Schedule: Shared rotation based on market size (e.g., 1:20 if 20 physicians in the market)

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality primary care in an outpatient setting
• Manage a daily patient load of 10-12 patients, focusing on comprehensive and compassionate care
• Perform in-office medical procedures, including suturing, joint injections, skin biopsies, and wound care
• Conduct preventive screenings and care tailored to geriatric and comorbid populations
• Lead and collaborate with a supportive care team to address medical and social patient needs
• Participate in a patient-centric model of care with an emphasis on wellness and prevention

Requirements

• MD or DO degree
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Proficiency in in-office medical procedures (e.g., suturing, joint injections, skin biopsies, wound care)
• Strong focus on preventive screenings and geriatric care
• Fellowship training in Geriatrics is welcomed but not required
• Commitment to caring for the elderly, those with comorbid conditions, and underserved populations
