CenterWell Senior Primary Care Centers is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Geriatric, Family or Internal Medicine Physician for a position in our Lebanon, Tennessee office (east suburbs of Nashville.) Up to $60k sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available. Total earnings with base salary and quality incentive around/above $300k.
