For this opportunity we ask that you be board certified or eligible in family medicine (FM) or internal medicine (IM), have a passion to serve active older adults, and a desire to lead. You will be rounding in multiple skilled nursing and short-term rehab facilities in the El Paso area.

Responsibilities include:
- Provide high quality, efficient, and safe care.
- Communicate to all stakeholders including IDT, family, pharmacy, and patient to insure safe care
- Round on all patients as medically necessary
- Participate in medical staff or facility committees to improve quality
- Participate in practice group meetings
- Work closely with facilities and regional leadership to determine physician need
- Submit timely and accurate billing, coding, and documentation
