Opportunity for Primary Care Physicians and Advanced Practitioners in Pennsylvania

Practice Setting
- Outpatient setting with an older adult population (65+)
- Work alongside experienced Nurse Practitioners, Medical Assistants, scribes, and RNs
- Manageable patient load of 16–18 PPD
Schedule
- No call requirements!
- Monday – Friday workweek
- Flexible start, with credentialing completed in just 30 days
Cases & Procedures
- Chronic disease management: diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia
- Age-related conditions such as mild cognitive impairment, CHF, coronary artery disease history
- No procedures required—focus on comprehensive primary care
Travel and Lodging
- Travel and lodging accommodations are provided
What We’re Looking For
- Board-certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- DEA certification; active enrollment in Medicare/Medicaid required
- Must hold active Pennsylvania licensure
- Spanish proficiency is a plus
