Our compensation is a productivity-based model (Fee for Service) that offers you control to maximize your income potential. Expected compensation is estimated salary range of $167,000 to $196,000 annually with no cap on productivity income potential. This full-time role is benefit eligible.

- Provide primary care services within a post-acute care setting, conducting rounds 3-4 days a week

- MD or DO degree
- Board certification
- Active and unrestricted Connecticut medical license (having an additional RI License is a plus)
- Active and unrestricted DEA
- Direct experience or at least passion for post-acute care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
