Our compensation is a productivity-based model (Fee for Service) that offers you control to maximize your income potential. Expected compensation is estimated salary range of $167,000 to $196,000 annually with no cap on productivity income potential. This full-time role is benefit eligible.

About the Role:
  • Provide primary care services within a post-acute care setting, conducting rounds 3-4 days a week
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement innovative care plans
  • Take a proactive approach to patient care

Qualifications:
  • MD or DO degree
  • Board certification
  • Active and unrestricted Connecticut medical license (having an additional RI License is a plus)
  • Active and unrestricted DEA
  • Direct experience or at least passion for post-acute care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
