Job Description:

  • Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients aged 18 and older.
  • Manage chronic conditions, acute care, and womens health.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with other practice physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure high-quality care.
  • Educate patients on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of chronic illnesses.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record system.

Qualifications:

  • Current and unrestricted medical license in Maryland.
  • Board Certification in Internal Medicine
  • Preferred: 1+ year of post graduate experience in an outpatient primary care setting
  • Open to New Grads - encouraged to apply!
  • Experience in managing chronic conditions, acute care, and womens health.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-centered approach.
