Seeking a BC/BE Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician who is intrinsically motivated to provide excellent care to older adults in Reading, PA.

Position Highlights:

  • Full-Time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Bilingual Spanish Preferred
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Fellowship training in Geriatrics
    • Experience practicing medicine among Geriatric populations
    • Experience operating in a Value-Based Healthcare Model
    • Experience in outpatient primary care settings
  • Highly qualified candidates may also be considered for a Center Medical Director position.
  • Deliver higher quality health and wellness care that improves outcomes, manages medical costs and provides an unmatched experience for adults on Medicare in medically underserved communities.
