We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join our dynamic and innovative healthcare team in Massachusetts. This is a unique opportunity to provide impactful care in an outpatient setting, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to make a real difference in the community. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality primary care in a fast-paced and diverse environment.
• Work closely with mid-level providers, social workers, and case managers to deliver comprehensive patient care.
• Serve as a key player in our patient-centered approach to healthcare, focused on improving outcomes and health equity.

Compensation & Benefits: $220,000 - $258,824 plus benefits package, sign-on bonus and student loan repayment programs.

What We're Looking For:

• Massachusetts licensure and board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Board-eligible candidates are welcome, as long as you're on track to get certified!
• A team-oriented professional with the ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines.
• Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, French, or Haitian Creole is highly desirable, enabling you to communicate and connect with our diverse patient population.
• Previous experience in ambulatory care or public health is preferred but not required. We welcome candidates who are eager to grow and innovate within our practice.
