- Full-time, permanent position
Need a full time Internal Medicine Physician to join the Primary Care Team in a beautiful, newly renovated office in Colebrook NH and form strong relationships with grateful patients. This position is located in a peaceful outdoor paradise in Northern New Hampshire where there is a cultural emphasis on family, independence and hard work.
Best fit Provider will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to maintain a good working relationship with all levels of personnel, medical staff, administration, and the public as well as share the values of Weeks Medical Center.
Primary Care:
- Pediatric through Geriatric
- High elderly population
- Experienced in Chronic Disease Management
- 18+ patients per day
- Monday through Friday 8-5
- 36 patient hours, 4hrs of admin time - NO CALL
- EMR is Meditech Expanse, Dragon dictation
- Supported by an RN Team leader and medical assistant

Essential Qualifications:
- Board certified (or eligible) with a preferred 2 years experience in outpatient setting. Active and unrestricted license in New Hampshire or able to obtain. ACLS and BLS from the American Heart Association required.
