Responsibilities:
Diagnose and develop a plan of care in accordance with practice protocols. This person will be responsible for obtaining complete medical histories, performing physical examinations, ordering appropriate diagnostic tests and making referrals for specialty consultations and care. Prior experience is not required as facility welcomes new grads. The provider will spend time in a clinic setting seeing established patients with the support of administration and an experienced physician team.
