Practice Setting
- Outpatient clinic
- Office staff onsite for support
- Minimum volume of 2 patients per hour
- Patient panel consists of all ages
Schedule Details
- Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Cases Mix
- Sick visits
- Well child checks
- Vaccinations
- ADHD management
- Social and behavioral issue consultations
Qualifications
- Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Active Oregon medical license
- BLS and DEA certifications
