OPEN POSITION:
Physician - Geriatric Primary Care
SCHEDULE:
- Part-Time and Full-Time Available
- 12 Hours per Week Minimum
- 8-Hour or 4-Hour Shifts
- Monday through Friday
- Business Hours
- No On-Call
- Exact Schedule Negotiable
FULL-TIME COMPENSATION:
- $160,000+ Annual Income, dependent upon experience and productivity
- Base Salary Guarantee for 12 Patients per Day
- Additional Productivity-Based Bonus Structure

LOCATION:
Montgomery County, Maryland
COMPANY PROFILE:
This private practice opened in 2013 and currently employs an interdisciplinary team of physicians, behavioral health professionals and nutrition professionals, along with a robust support staff, operating out of offices in Germantown. The practice provides a full scope of internal medicine and geriatric primary care services in a variety of settings and locations.
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
This is a geriatric primary care role, taking care to patients in place. The practice sees patients in assisted living facilities (ALFs), private homes, and via telemedicine visits.
The new physician will be scheduled at one (1) building per day, with occasional nearby private home visits, ensuring little-to-no travel during the workday.
The territory for the position includes Bethesda, Rockville, and Kensington.
Physicians typically see between 12 and 18 patients per day. The practice extends a guaranteed base salary for a 12-patient daily commitment and has a per patient bonus structure for visits per day past that. Maximum daily visits are at the physician’s discretion.
The clinical duties of the role include, but are not limited to:
- evaluation and management of geriatric patients
- chronic disease management
- annual check-ups
- minor illness / injury care
The practice uses the Office Ally EHR.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Maryland medical license
- DEA
- Board Certification or Eligibility, relevant field
