On site services include Pediatrics, Adult Medicine, Dental, Women's Health, Behavioral Health, Cardiology, Optometry, Podiatry, Dermatology, Nutrition, Pharmacy and Phlebotomy.


About the Opportunity:

• Schedule: Monday- Friday
• Hours: 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm or 11am-7pm
• Monthly Saturday coverage is preferred but flexible

Responsibilities:
The HIV Specialist IM will be responsible for:

• Provides comprehensive primary care services in an ambulatory care setting.
• Contribute to quality improvement
• After-hours call coverage, and other programmatic and clinical functions

Qualifications:

• Licensed to practice Medicine in the State of New York
• Board Eligible / Certified in Internal Medicine required
• Bilingual Spanish preferred
