"Physician Leadership prefers local candidates (local within driving distance of the clinic or local within CA if possible). They tend not to go with providers from out of state because they’re not familiar with CA medical rules/regulations.
Will take Internal Medicine, Family Practice and Primary Care Physicians.
Ideally, 4 or 5 days/week, 7 hours of patient-facing time each day with 1 hour for admin time. Ave about 18-20 patients per day, Epic EMR highly preferred.
PATIENT AGE GROUP (Neonatal / Infant / Peds / Adult / Geriatric / etc): Must be able to see all ages from kids to geriatrics
SPECIAL PROCEDURES/DETAILS (General position details, i.e. “No peds, cardio required” etc): Minor in-office procedures like cyst removal, laceration repair, skin biopsies, cyst removal, incision, etc.
CERTIFICATIONS REQ’D/PREFERRED? (BLS / ACLS / DOT / NRP / etc): BLS/ACLS

• Board Certifications: Preferred but not required
• License Certifications: Must have unrestricted CA medical license, DEA certificate, BLS or ACLS
• State License: CA Required
• CSR: Must have a DEA

• Years of Exp. Required: Must have at least 2 years of outpatient primary care experience
• Charting Exp. Required: Epic experience strongly preferred
• Support Staff: Yes, there is support staff (practice manager, front office supervisor, medical assistants, patient care associates, etc. They will not have to supervise any staff."
