Locums – Malone, New York, Primary Care Opening
- Clinical Role:

- Needs an MD or APP for their Primary Care Practice
- Description of Work Assignment : Follow ups, pre-op, transition of care , ER /Hospital Follow-ups
- Breakdown of Clinic Days/Sessions and/or OR Days: 32 clinical hours /8 non-patient facing hours
- Schedule of Days/Times Needed To Work/ Shift Hours: 8-12 and 1-5 sessions
- No Call
- Procedures Provider Will Be REQUIRED To Perform: Some small office procedures
- Patient Load: 16-18 patients
- BLS – Required
- Additional support staff: LPN’s and Medical Assistants
- Provider Working with Other APP’s and MD’s
- EMR System: EPIC
