Details:
  • Setting: outpatient primary care clinic serving underserved patient population in South Texas
  • Duties:
    • Provide direct patient care for adult men and women
    • Must be proficient to provide care to adults of all ages, to include the care of female health conditions, supervision of prenatal care, and care of chronic health conditions in primary care setting
    • Provide clinical oversight and consultation to other medical staff caring for patients
    • All patients ages 18 and up
  • Schedule: FULL TIME - 40 hours per week
Required:
  • MD or DO degree
  • Board certified or eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine preferred
  • Active, full, and unrestricted TX license
  • Maintain and active and unrestricted DEA license
  • Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association or CPR through the American Red Cross or ASHI
  • Minimum 1 full year of experience in a primary care setting
