Position details:

• Role: Outpatient Primary Care Physician
• Location: Windham, CT
• Schedule: Full-time, weekdays only, 4-day work weeks offered
• Teaching: optional with faculty appointment
• Phone Call Only: average of 2 phone-call weekends/year and 1-weeknight ~ 2 months
• Guarantee range: $250,000 - $345,000
• J-1 Waiver Option: Conrad-30 approved location for 2026 applicants
