Monday to Friday Provider needed to provide Medical Treatment to a caselaod of patients. This position provides a 40 hour work week. 13 to 14 hlidays off per [Register to View]
weekends and No after hour call rotation. Adult Mental Health Center offering a lucrative hourly rate.
Duties include:

- 90-day progress note
- Chronic medical management as needed
- Reconciliation of medications
- Extremely manageable caseload ( Majority with no chronic illness)
- Transfer to local ER as needed
- Suturing preferred but not required
- Collaborative with the FNP"s(3) onsite.
