- Make an impact on seeing the underserved population
- Riverdale, GA is a southern suburb of Atlanta
- Full-time permanent Outpatient Only position
- Monday " FridayNo nights, no weekends
- Small patient panels for consistency and focus (2-15 patients per day)
-Value-based care model and competitive bonuses are structured to reward outcomes
-Provide personalized primary care for older adults on Medicare, with the goal of keeping patients healthy and living life to the fullest
-Salary and Benefits
- Above-market compensation
- Base salary (without R.V.U. targets)
- Quarterly bonus based on qualitymetrics(not quantity)
- Partnership track
- 6 weeks of PTO, inclusive of PTO, major holidays, andCME
- $5000 Continuing Medical Education stipend
