Cleveland Medical Associates in Cleveland, TN is recruiting a family or internal medicine physician. Cleveland Medical Associates is committed to providing primary medical care services to the residents of Bradley County and surrounding communities in a quality, caring, efficient, and cost-effective manner while striving to continuously improve.

General Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive medical care to patients.
- Collaborate with other physicians and mid-level providers.
- Participate in patient care management and follow-up.
- Engage in community outreach and maintain relationships with local patients.

- Team player who can adapt to the practice's culture.
- Strong communication skills, both in-person and via text/call.
- Open to various backgrounds, including recent graduates or experienced physicians.
- Ability to connect with the community and respect the legacy of the retiring physician.
Practice Overview:
- Monday-Thursday, 8-5 and Friday 8-12
- Team Composition: 8 providers (5 physicians, 3 mid-levels), with a mix of male and female providers.
- Work Environment: Collaborative, with a strong emphasis on communication and teamwork.
- Patient Base: Established community relationships, with a focus on retaining existing patient volumes.
- Technology: Familiarity with eClinicalWorks EMR is preferred.
