We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Primary Care Physician to join our client’s growing medical team. The primary care physician will play a pivotal role in providing primary medical care, preventive care, and health education to their patients. As a primary care physician, you will have the opportunity to build strong patient relationships and make a meaningful impact on the health and wellness of individuals and families in the community.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Provide comprehensive primary care services, including but not limited to diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic medical conditions.
  • Promote preventive health measures, conduct routine check-ups, screenings, and immunizations to maintain and improve patient health.
  • Educate patients on healthy lifestyle choices, disease prevention, and self-management of chronic conditions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records (EMR) for all patients, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and privacy laws.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including specialists, nurses, and allied health staff, to coordinate patient care and ensure comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Adhere to clinical practice guidelines, quality assurance standards, and regulatory requirements to provide safe and effective patient care.
  • Stay current with advancements in the field of primary care medicine through ongoing professional development and training.

Requirements:

  • Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited medical school.
  • Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
  • Strong clinical skills with the ability to diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Empathy and a patient-centered approach to care.
  • Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and privacy.
  • Willingness to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Please note- The annual base salary range is $200k to $400k. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
