They will be a part of the on-call rotation - that's when they will get calls for emergency situations. Won't get more than 3 calls if they are on call. Typically, they get no calls, because most of their patients go to the urgent care if it's an emergency.
Patient Volume: Approximately 20-22 patients/day. They schedule up to 24, but with the no show rate they will most likely see 18-20 patients/day. Maybe up to 22.

Last slot is dedicated to administrative work

CA license
Procedures: General Internal Medicine
Ages 14+ but will schedule adults with these providers most likely
Certifications: BC or truly BE within 5 years - Family Medicine
Additional Info: They do not have to have Medi-Cal - that will be part of their credentialing process.
3 parts of credentialing - HR credentialing, clinical credentialing and payor source credentialing. They will get them the proper documentation to sign up for whatever enrollments they must have to work here.
Their first 2 weeks, Medical Director sets them up with IT folks, onboarding and payor source attestation training and they will get a really great onboarding.
