• Start Date: 10/1/24
• Schedule: Mon-Fri, 40 hours weekly (Flexible)
• Patients per day: Up to 20
• Procedures: All primary care procedures
• EMR: Epic
• Credentialing Timeframe: 30-45 days

Requirements:

• Must have active CA license
• Must have at least 6 months experience in Primary Care
• Must have applicable certifications
