A full-time Family or Internal Med Physician to be a part of a faith-based, community health center in rural Appalachia. Our prayer is for a provider who will come alongside of us in meeting the medical needs of our community.
Position Details:
- Compensation: $220,000/year for a 40-hour workweek
- Benefits: Comprehensive health, dental, vision, and pharmacy coverage; 40 paid days off annually; $2,500 for CME; 4% retirement contribution; FTCA malpractice coverage
- Additional Perks: No call responsibilities, eligibility for NHSC Scholar and Loan Repayment programs due to high HPSA scores (20 for Medical, 21 for Mental Health, 25 for Dental)
- Work Environment: Join a dedicated team providing comprehensive outpatient care, including OB, behavioral health, substance use disorder services, and general dentistry, with five clinics in the Appalachian Mountains, close to Knoxville and Lexington.

Job Responsibilities
preventive care, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions.
Manage and oversee patient care, ensuring continuity and quality of care for all patients.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
Participate in practice management and development activities, including partnership responsibilities.
Stay current with medical advancements and continuing education to provide the best possible care
