- Seeking a Board-Certified FM or IM or Geriatric Medicine Physician
- Bi-lingual English / Creole or Spanish a must
- Outpatient responsibilities only
- Full-time permanent position
- Monday " Friday
- No nights, no weekends
- Small patient panels for consistency and focus
- 12-15 patients per day
-Value-based care model and competitive bonuses are structured to reward outcomes
-Provide personalized primary care for older adults on Medicare, with the goal of keeping patients healthy and living life to the fullest
-Salary and Benefits
- Above-market compensation
- Base salary (without R.V.U. targets)
- Quarterly bonus based on qualitymetrics(not quantity)

- 6 weeks of PTO, inclusive of PTO, major holidays, andCME
