Compensation: $210,000 - $230,000/year
Location: Ridgewood, NY
Schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities as the Physician:
- Patient Care & Management: Provide comprehensive medical care and treatment to patients, oversee care by the interdisciplinary team, and maintain high standards of medical practice.
- Collaboration & Quality Improvement: Partner with nurse practitioners and primary care providers to enhance patient care quality, identify improvement opportunities, and optimize resource utilization.
- Leadership & Supervision: Lead medical initiatives during care events, supervise the provision of ambulatory services, and act as a clinical mentor to staff.
- Education & Documentation: Facilitate educational programs for staff and trainees, conduct thorough patient assessments, and ensure meticulous documentation.
- Compliance: Adhere to all relevant healthcare policies, procedures, and regulatory standards, ensuring the highest level of patient care.
- Education: Graduate of an accredited school of medicine with Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Practice. Board Certification or experience in Geriatric Medicine preferred.
- Licensing: Valid license to practice medicine in NY.
- Experience: Residency in Internal Medicine or Family Practice; Fellowship and experience in geriatrics preferred. No history of malpractice or license issues.
- Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent leadership, and collaborative abilities.
