A healthcare facility in Rhode Island is looking for an Internal Medicine/Family Practice APP or physician to provide 2024 team coverage.
Practice Setting
- Outpatient medical setting
- Patients are primarily aged 65+
- Average volume of 16-18 patients per day
- Support from an MD, Nurse Practitioners, MA/scribe support, and RNs
- Charting: Canopy/Greenway
Cases and Procedures:
- Traditional primary care for older patients (diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, mild cognitive impairment, CHF, history of coronary artery disease)
- No procedures required
Schedule:
- 3-month initial assignment
- Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM (4-day workweek considered)
- No call requirements
Requirements:
- Board-certified Internal Medicine or Family Practice physician
- DEA certification
- Rhode Island medical license
