About The Job

This is a part-time or full-time, fully-remote position that conducts visits across all 50 states, asynchronously via telehealth.

What You Will Do

  • Respond to patients’ medical problems by referring to their history, carrying out diagnosis, treatment, counseling, and referral, where necessary.
  • Order lab tests and interpret the test results.
  • Maintain confidentiality and impartiality at all times.
  • Collect, record, and maintain sensitive patient information such as examination results, medical history, and reports.
  • Obtains histories, conducts virtual visits, documents findings, evaluates and diagnoses medical conditions, recommends treatment plans, and constructs care plans through shared decision-making with patients.
  • Build trust with patients by delivering empathetic care that balances evidence-based care, patient preferences and values, and invests in long-term patient outcomes.
  • Conduct follow-up visits, adjusting medications based on efficacy, safety, and side effects.
  • Work collaboratively with the clinical operations team and fellow clinicians to deliver multidisciplinary, integrated care.

What You’ll Need

Qualifications

  • Degree in medicine (MD or DO) (essential)
  • 5 years of post-residency clinical experience (essential)
  • Current state medical license and Federal DEA license (essential)
  • Completed U.S. Medical Licensing Examination (essential)
  • 3 years of experience practicing as a primary care doctor
  • Ability to work 10-20 hours/week
  • Multiple state licenses are a bonus but not required
  • Outstanding men’s health clinical expertise
  • Fantastic counseling and listening skills
  • Superb organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent decision-making skills and communication
  • Compassionate nature with the ability to make patients feel at ease
  • Experience and comfort with conducting telehealth visits
  • Physical space requirements: a secure, quiet, and isolated work environment to protect PHI with a strong internet bandwidth connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload)

Additional Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in primary care, primary care men’s health and/ or telemedicine
  • Experience working in a remote telehealth environment
