A healthcare network in New York City is currently seeking a licensed Physician, with a Family and/or Internal Medicine background, to join one of their primary care facilities in Brooklyn.

About the Opportunity:
The Primary Care Physician will be responsible for;
- Specialty: Primary Care
- Setting: Outpatient
- Schedule: Mon to Fri or Tues to Sat
- Hours: 8:30am to 5pm
- Patient Population: Adult
- Patient Volume: 12 to 15 per day
- EMR: E-ClinicalWorks
- Salary: $190,000-250,000
The Primary Care Physician will be responsible for;
- Managing a patient panel of Adults with a broad array of patient needs
- Conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visit
- Performing other duties, as needed
- Licensed to practice medicine the State of New York (DO license will also be considered)
- Board Eligible / Certified in Family and/or Internal Medicine
- 2+ years of experience a Primary Care Physician
