Physician - Geriatric Primary Care
SCHEDULE:
- Full-Time
- 40 Hours per Week
- 4-Day and 5-Day Options
- No Weekends
- Minimal On-Call Participation
COMPENSATION:
- $250,000 Starting Base Salary
- Productivity-Based Bonus Plan

LOCATION:
Warner Robins, Georgia
COMPANY PROFILE:
This physician-owned private practice operates outpatient offices in Macon and Warner Robins, providing primary care and psychiatric services to patients of all ages. The practice was founded in 2017 and currently employs a team of three (3) physicians and six (6) nurse practitioners, who are supported by dedicated clinical and administrative team members. They are currently hiring due to growth in the area of geriatric primary care.
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
This is a standard outpatient primary care role, in which the physician will be responsible for overall provision of care to geriatric patients.
Duties of the role include, but are not limited to:
- full scope geriatric primary care
- patient evaluations
- physical assessments
- patient education
- chronic disease management
- preventative medicine
- medication management
- specialist referrals
- home health and long-term care facility coordination
The practice also has a psychiatric service line, allowing for convenient in-practice referrals of patients suffering from conditions such as anxiety and depression.
Physicians see an average of 20 to 25 patients per day with dedicated support staff, including a medical assistant.
The practice uses the eClinicalWorks EHR.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Georgia medical license
- DEA
- Board Certified or Eligible, relevant field
- training or certification in geriatrics preferred
- extensive geriatric-focused experience accepted
