Location:

Join a well-established multi-specialty group located just 60 minutes from Chicago and minutes from Lake Michigan beaches.

Highlights:

  • Schedule: 36 patient contact hours and 4 administrative work hours per week.
  • Flexible Work Options: Possible schedules include four 10-hour days or five 8-hour days.
  • Call Schedule: Family Medicine 1:15 or Internal Medicine 1:7.
  • Patient Volume: Average outpatient volume of 20-25 patients per 8-hour day.
  • Support Staff: Triage RN, dedicated MA, and additional MA support for the practice.
  • Collaboration: Potential to collaborate with or supervise Advanced Practice Providers.
  • Virtual Visits: Opportunity to see patients virtually for 25% of contact hours.
  • Specialty Preferences: Women’s Health preferred but not required.
  • On-Site Services: Lab and X-ray on site.
  • Specialty Network: Includes Ortho, Rheumatology, ENT, Endocrinology, Dermatology, Ophthalmology, Cardiology, Hem/Onc, Vascular, OB/Gyn, GI, ID, Pulmonology, and more.
