Seeking a BE/BC Internal Medicine physician to join our practice in Champaign, Illinois.

  • 100% outpatient position using EMR with both in person and virtual visit options
  • Full-time position in a certified Patient Centered Medical Home model
  • Call is phone only with assistance of Patient Advisory Nurse and spread among a physician group of >10
  • Join a team of 3 physicians, 3 APPs and excellent support staff
  • Team-based care model for patient care
  • In addition to Adult Medicine, specialty services provided at our clinic include Dermatology, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, Gynecology, Radiology, Pediatrics, Genetics, and Allergy
  • Teaching opportunities available
  • Opportunity for additional hours in Urgent Care is optional
  • Opportunity for research affiliation with College of Medicine with support staff to help with research and publications if desired
