Job Description
Assess
and treat adolescents and transitional-aged youth with substance use and mental
health disorders in Lynchburg, VA. Provide individual, family, and group
counseling. Develop and implement treatment plans and support services Strong
therapeutic relationship-building Collaborative team player, Proficient in
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and other evidence-based practices, Knowledge of
community mental health resources. Effective communication and documentation
skills, Ability to adapt to changing work environments willingness to travel
Compensation: $46,349 - $82,316, Sign-on Bonus $5,000. Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Requirements:
- Master’s degree in a human services field
- Licensed in VA as LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LSATP, or Clinical Psychologist
- 1 year of relevant experience
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
