Job Responsibilities
-provide comprehensive medical care, including diagnosing and treating a wide range of health issues, managing chronic health problems, and conducting routine check-ups.
-Provide leadership, support and guidance
-Ensure that services and treatments provided are in compliance with policy and applicable laws
This new clinic provides comprehensive primary care services to individuals of all ages and serves the communities of San Jose, Sunnyvale, Los Altos, Santa Clara, and Cupertino.
Qualifications
Graduate from an accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine program
Active CA medical license or ability to obtain CA medical license
Hold and maintain current, valid, and unrestricted federal and state registrations to prescribe and dispense controlled substances (DEA license)
