OPEN POSITION:

SCHEDULE:
- Flexible Options Available
- Part-Time
- 8 to 25 Hours per Week
- 1 to 3 Days per Week


CLINIC HOURS:
- Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 7:30pm
- Saturday, 8:30am to 5:00pm
- Sunday, 9:30am to 4:00pm


COMPENSATION:
- $125 to $150+ per Hour, negotiable based on experience
- Malpractice Insurance
- 1099 and W2 Options


LOCATIONS:
Physicians are welcome to work at one (1) or more locations, based on their preference. Available sites include:


- Sugar Hill
- Suwanee
- Smyrna
- Carrollton
- Stone Mountain
- Central Atlanta
- Peachtree City
- Newnan


COMPANY PROFILE:
Founded in 2013, this group is a national value-based primary care organization. They currently boast a provider staff of well over 100 physicians, and a large team of nurse practitioners and physician assistants. They are currently hiring due to growth in their retail health partner locations in the greater Atlanta metro area.



POSITION DESCRIPTION:
This is an outpatient position providing primary and immediate care services to patients in a retail health setting.

The new clinicians will provide physician services and oversee quality care of patients, ensuring that everyone receives medically necessary, timely, and appropriate treatment or are appropriately referred for such in accordance with managed care requirements. This includes participating in and providing services in accordance with the organization's contracts with managed care plans / organizations, payors, health insurance companies, governmental programs, and other contractual arrangements under which health services are provided.

Specific duties of the role include, but are not limited to:

- provide evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care
- prescribe and manage medications and/or procedures as medically appropriate
- provide virtual and telemedicine services as needed
- practice interprofessional care delivery inclusive of pharmacists and dietitians
- when necessary, review and analyze data with utilization and case management staff
- attend medical / administrative team meetings
- provide clinical supervision over APPs and other employees (negotiable)

The practice uses an EHR and provides full clinical and administrative support.


REQUIREMENTS:
- Georgia medical license
- DEA
- Board Certification or Eligibility, relevant field
