An independent not-for-profit community-owned hospital in Minnesota (MN) seeks an Internal Medicine Physician (IM) to join their mission-driven and collegial team.
Position Highlights:
• 4-day work week seeing an average of 16 patients per day
• Interests in Palliative Care or Geriatrics can be accommodated
• Mainly outpatient with 1-2 back-up inpatient days of call per month (19 total per year) - This allows the team to maintain their inpatient skills without sacrificing their work/life balance
• EMR - EPIC
• Flexible options for candidates interested in part-time
• J1 and H1B visa sponsorship available
Compensation Highlights:
• Recruitment package up to 610K
• Sign-on bonus
• Relocation assistance up to $20,000
• Residency/Fellowship stipend of $2,000 per month for the remainder of training
• Comprehensive benefits package including 2 weeks for CME and a $10,000 CME stipend and a 5.5% retirement match
• Student loan repayment of 36K per year and PSLF eligible
