- Part-time position working 20-25 hours (or 2.5 days) per week
- Outpatient Only
- Board Certified IM or FM or Geriatric Medicine
- Experience preferred
- Primarily seeing the Medicare Advantage/ senior patients
- Value-based primary care (VBPC), including complex care management, controlled substance prescribing, and plan-required physician attribution.
- Hourly pay
- Select from 1099 or W-2 capacity
- Will be working at two (2) neighboring locations each week (Choose from locations from all directions of the city center North of Altanta or South or East or West)
- Provide clinical supervision over four (4) Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioners
