We are seeking a dedicated Licensed or Licensed Eligible Clinician to join our team in Amherst, VA. This role involves providing School-Based Outpatient mental health and substance use therapy to students. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience working with the identified population.

Position: full time & part time available. Hours: full time 37.5 hours/week and part time up to 29 hours/week.

Key Responsibilities: Deliver mental health and substance use therapy to students in both school and clinical settings. Oversee referrals and complete intakes for new clients. Collaborate effectively with case managers, school personnel, and guardians to ensure comprehensive care.

Compensation: $46,349 - $82,316 Annually plus $5,000 Hiring Bonus

Requirements:

  • LMHP-E; LMHP; LPC, LMFT, LSCW, or Resident in Counseling
  • Master’s degree in a relevant field
  • Licensed in Virginia (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LSATP, or Licensed Clinical Psychologist)
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for work
  • Knowledge of evidence-based practices (e.g., CBT, emergency interventions, family/group/individual therapies)
  • Ability to work flexible schedules (weekends, holidays)
