We are a well-established clinic in Arizona seeking an Internal Medicine physician to join our team! This position offers a balanced 4-day workweek, with mentorship opportunities to contribute to professional growth.

Practice Details:

  • Join a team of 1 Internal Medicine MD, 1 Family Medicine NP, and 1 Primary Care PA
  • We offer a collaborative environment with available mentorship for newly graduated residency candidates
  • Clinic focuses on adult and geriatric patients and offers specialized care for diabetes patients due to high need in the area.

Schedule:

  • 4-day workweek with 10-hour shifts
  • Phone call only with a 1:4 rotation, taken 1 week per month
    • Very light with 0-5 calls per week

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Full benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401k with employer match, CME allowance and reimbursement, and FSA
  • Annual CME reimbursement of $5,000 plus renversement for DEA, professional fees, and licensure up to $2,500
  • 5 weeks of PTO plus 6 days of paid holiday time
