As a Physician with our organization, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality healthcare services to our patients. You will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a wide range of medical conditions, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, and contributing to the overall success and growth of our practice. Job Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive medical care encompassing urgent, preventative, chronic, and progressive healthcare services for patients spanning pediatric, geriatric, adolescent, and adult demographics.

Manage a diverse caseload within the realm of family practice, addressing a wide spectrum of medical conditions, and proficiently execute diagnostic and therapeutic interventions autonomously.

Provide clear and detailed instructions to patients regarding prescribed treatments and preventive healthcare measures, ensuring their understanding and compliance.

Adhere strictly to the established medical staff bylaws, service unit policies and protocols, and all pertinent federal and state statutes and regulations governing medical practice.

Accurately complete requisite documentation pertaining to patient care, including but not limited to medical forms requiring physician input, and facilitate all necessary patient referrals in accordance with clinical guidelines.

Qualifications

-Medical degree from an accredited medical school.
-Board certification or eligibility in a primary care specialty (e.g., Doctor of Medicine, Osteopathic Medicine).
-Current, unrestricted license to practice medicine in ANY state.
-DEA registration and prescriptive authority.
-Excellent clinical skills and a compassionate bedside manner.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Commitment to providing patient-centered care and promoting wellness within the community.

Working Hours

The Physician will work four 8-hour days per week: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday (except Federal Holidays). Hours will typically be 8:00am – 4:00pm with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break. Services are required at 32 hours per week.

There will be no “on call,” weekend, or holiday shifts.

Contractor's Employee work hours may vary as requested by the Director, or designee, and/or depending on the need of the health center.
