Job Description:

We are seeking experienced and licensed physicians to join our dynamic multi-specialty telemedicine team. Our platform focuses on a variety of specialties to meet the diverse needs of our patients. As a member of our team, you will provide consults and treatment for patients in the following areas:

  5. Diabetes Management

  6. Heart Failure Specialty


Responsibilities:

Conduct synchronous (live video) and asynchronous (store-and-forward) consults.
Diagnose and treat patients based on medical history, symptoms, and diagnostic results.
Prescribe medications and recommend appropriate treatment plans.
Provide follow-up care and monitor patient progress.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in our secure electronic health system.
Adhere to all telemedicine regulations and standards of practice.

This is a part-time or full-time, fully remote position that conducts visits across all 50 states, asynchronously and synchronously via telehealth.

Qualifications:

  • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
  • Active and unrestricted medical license in the state(s) you will be providing services.
  • Board certification in one of the relevant specialties (Men's Health, Weight Loss, Cardiology, Sleep Medicine, Diabetes, Heart Failure).
  • Experience in telemedicine preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable using telemedicine technology and electronic health records.
  • Compassionate, patient-focused, and committed to delivering high-quality care.

Additional Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in primary care, primary care and/ or telemedicine workflow
  • Experience working in a remote telehealth environment

As part of your duties, you will come in contact with sensitive patient information that is governed by HIPAA. Throughout your career, you will be expected to follow the company’s security and privacy procedures to ensure our users’ information remains strictly confidential.   • Build trust with patients by delivering empathetic care that balances evidence-based care, patient preferences and values, and invests in long-term patient outcomes.
  • Conduct follow-up visits, adjusting medications based on efficacy, safety, and side effects.
  • Work collaboratively with the clinical operations team and fellow clinicians to deliver multidisciplinary, integrated care.

Qualifications

Qualifications

Degree in medicine (MD or DO) (essential)
Board Cert In IM/FM or EM REQUIRED
5 years of post-residency clinical experience (essential)
Current state medical license and Federal DEA license (essential)
Completed U.S. Medical Licensing Examination (essential)
3 years of experience practicing as a primary care doctor
Ability to work 10-20 hours/week
Multiple state licenses are a bonus but not required
Outstanding men’s health clinical expertise
Fantastic counseling and listening skills
Superb organizational and time management skills
Excellent decision-making skills and communication
Compassionate nature with the ability to make patients feel at ease
Experience and comfort with conducting telehealth visits
Physical space requirements: a secure, quiet, and isolated work environment to protect PHI with a strong internet bandwidth connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload)
