Job Title: $140/hr - Minocqua, WI - Family Medicine

We are actively seeking a Family Medicine / Internal Medicine Physician to provide locum tenens support to the facility to address its current staffing needs.

Job Details:

  • Does the Provider require hospital/surgery center privileges?: Yes
  • Define The Number of Support Staff to Be Supplied For The local coverage: RN:5, MA: 3, PA/NPs: 4, and Office Staff: 6
  • Patients Per Shift: 14-16
  • Minimum Board Certification: Certified/Eligible
  • State license: None
  • Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days
Description / Required:
  • Preference is for 2 full-time locums, but will consider 3-4 part-time locums. Can be Family Med or Internal Med. Practice is primarily for adults. Minimal Peds patients, as the pediatrics department is onsite. The call is optional and is for phone calls only, with no callback to the facility.
