Job Responsibilities
• Exceptional Care: Provide top-notch primary care to adult patients.
• Routine Exams: Conduct physical exams, including Pap smears.
• Medical Treatment: Diagnose and treat common conditions.
• Patient Counseling: Promote wellness through patient education.
• Team Collaboration: Work with an interdisciplinary team for quality outcomes.
• Timely Reviews: Review all labs and clinical documents promptly.
• Efficient Charting: Complete electronic records within 72 hours.
• Patient Flow: See 2-2.6 patients per hour, including walk-ins.
Our AI dictation software listens to patient interactions and creates notes automatically, saving time and significantly improving the quality of life for our providers. With two locations and plans for further expansion, we are committed to making quality primary care accessible to more communities across Maryland
Qualifications
• Medical Degree: MD or DO
• Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Licensing: Currently licensed or eligible to obtain licensure in Maryland
Working Hours
• No After Hours or Weekend Calls/Shifts: Enjoy your evenings and weekends with family and friends.
• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM, giving you a consistent and predictable routine.
