POSITION DETAILS:

· 90% Clinical (164 12-hour shifts/year)

· 10% Admin Responsibilities

· Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine

· 2-3 years of clinical experience preferred with a history of clinical or quality project sponsorship.

• Candidate should possess the ability to lead change, inspire and motivate, coalesce a team, is enthusiastic and creates great relationships.

• Foster strong partnership with the facility C-suite.

· Dyad leadership model with an administrative partner who assists with practice oversight and operations.
